CORSIERO

The fruit of a refined vinification en blanc of meticulously selected Sangiovese and Merlot grapes, this Blanc de Noirs interprets the terroir with elegance, luminosity, and expressive precision.

GRAPE VARIETIES

Sangiovese, Merlot

PRODUCTION AREA

Tuscany / San Miniato

HARVEST

Hand-picked during the earliest hours of the morning, with careful selection of the bunches directly in the vineyard.

VINIFICATION

The grapes are gently pressed immediately after harvest to obtain a clear, luminous must with minimal color extraction. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in Tava amphorae, followed by aging on the fine lees, which imparts balance, depth, and a harmonious palate.

COLOR

Brilliant straw yellow with delicate golden reflections.

BOUQUET

An elegant and refined bouquet featuring notes of white flowers, Mediterranean citrus, and white peach, accompanied by subtle nuances of pomegranate and wild red berries.

PALATE

The palate is fresh, enveloping, and savory, sustained by a vibrant acid tension that lends nerve and precision. The finish is long, harmonious, and beautifully clean.

PAIRINGS

Perfect with seafood crudités, shellfish, fish tartare, Mediterranean cuisine, delicate pasta dishes, and fresh cheeses.

SERVING TEMPERATURE

8–10 °C (46–50 °F)
