HARVEST
Hand-picked with meticulous bunch selection directly in the vineyard, captured at the peak of perfect phenolic ripeness.
VINIFICATION
Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled concrete vats, with gentle maceration designed to preserve aromatic integrity, fragrance, and an effortless drinkability. Aging continues in concrete for several months, allowing the wine to evolve while maintaining its freshness, balance, and varietal expression.
COLOR
Brilliant ruby red with violet reflections.
BOUQUET
The nose reveals intense notes of fresh cherry, blackberry, and wild red berries, accompanied by delicate floral hints of violet and subtle spicy nuances.
PALATE
Fluid, crisp, and dynamic, featuring soft, seamlessly integrated tannins. The palate is juicy and vibrant, sustained by a pleasant acidity and a balanced, lingering finish..
